Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your PUMPD account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how to reach us if you need help.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the app:

  • Open the PUMPD app and go to Settings → Account.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at support@getpumpd.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request, and we will confirm once it is complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove your personal information — including your profile, training history, account credentials, feature requests you authored, votes, reports, author blocks, and feature-board restriction record.

Limited information may be retained only where the law requires it or to resolve disputes or prevent abuse, and residual copies may remain in backups for a short period before being overwritten. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Health data stored in Apple Health remains on your device and is controlled through the iOS Settings app.
