Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the app:

• Open the PUMPD app and go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when prompted.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at support@getpumpd.com and ask us to delete your account. We will verify the request through your existing account or a one-time code, and we will confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove your personal information — including your profile, training history, AI coach conversations and memories, coach photos, account credentials, feature requests you authored, votes, reports, author blocks, and feature-board restriction record.

We take reasonable steps to have applicable service providers delete data associated with your account. Deletion from our active systems completes within 30 days of a verified request, and data in backups is deleted or rendered irretrievable within six months. Limited safety, security, transaction, or legal records may remain only for the period permitted or required by law. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
